Since our inception, Spruz has been dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses with creating and growing their online community. Our platform has supported countless ventures, from small personal blogs to large enterprise websites, helping our customers achieve their online goals. We are proud of what we have accomplished and the community we built together.
As the business landscape evolves, we have made the difficult decision to wind down the Spruz platform. Therefore, our final day of service will be December 1, 2024.
Effective November 1, 2024, we will no longer accept payments. Any unused balance will be refunded back to either your bank account or via PayPal.
Existing customers can request a copy of their website data from our support team. The data will be a combination of JSON formatted files of your members list, blogs, events, and discussions and a copy of any photos and videos on the site. Please note that it may take 1-3 weeks to process your request.
We are here to assist you with the transition. Important dates to consider are:
2024-07-01 No new signups or new website instances will be allowed.
2024-12-01 Service will operate as normal until this point.
2024-12-02 BROWNOUT - Websites will be shut down 1-8 hours each day until the service is terminated.
2025-01-01 Service terminated. All data will be deleted.
Please note that we will not be able to respond to any customer support requests past January 1, 2025.
